Shenzen, China, October 25, 2010-PAX Technology, the world’s combined leading and fastest growing provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals has announced the appointment of seasoned payments industry administrative Andrew Wu to the position of VP for the Europe, Middle East & Africa Region.
This follows on PAX’s appointment earlier this year of Mark O’Flynn, Managing Director of Acquirer Solutions and former Sales Director for the Middle East & Africa at VeriFone, to assist in penetrating the banking segment. Andrew formerly spent 10 years at GRG, China’s largest ATM manufacturer. Thomas Xu, another experienced ex-VeriFone and ex-Hypercom administrative, who previously also followed the EMEA region, now heads up PAX’s growing business in North and South America.
