PAX Technology, a leading global provider of electronic payment terminals, announced that the agreements of the strategic cooperation and purchasing PAX’s D200 were signed by Mr. Zhang Jiren, General Manager of Hisense, and Mr. Lu Jie, CEO of PAX. The signing ceremony of the strategic partner was held at The Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen.
The bilateral strategic cooperation was generated due to the development requirements of PAX and Hisense under the situation of new market. With the complementary advantages and powerful alliances in product, technology, marketing, PAX and Hisense will enter into both business fields to develop new markets and to better serve customers.
100,000 units of PAX’s innovative D200 MPOS device will be supplied to Hisense, China’s leading commercial information systems and integrated solutions provider. The D200 is now a Visa Ready and MasterCard approved MPOS terminal, packed with latest international certifications including Contactless, PCI PTS 3.x, SRED and EMV levels 1 & 2. Payment initiated by mobile applications on smart devices can be completed on the D200 devices via EMV smart card reader, magnetic stripe or inbuilt contactless. Multiple connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB cable.
