Front Desk Receptionist Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Project Management Specialist to support PAX US internal business systems, including ERP, CRM, payment, RMA, logistics, and other enterprise applications. This role will coordinate small-to-medium system projects, gather business requirements, support UAT and issue resolution, and work with business users, HQ teams, and vendors to complete tasks.
The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities. Exposure to ERP, CRM, or business systems is preferred, and experience in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, internships, campus activities, volunteer programs, or project teams is a plus. Mandarin Chinese and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
This is an onsite role in our Jacksonville, FL office working Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- • Coordinate internal systems projects and enhancements across ERP, CRM, payment, RMA, logistics, and reporting.
- • Partner with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and other business teams to understand workflows, clarify needs, and document requirements and acceptance criteria.
- • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HQ development teams, and external vendors; track actions, dependencies, risks, and timelines to closure.
- • Support UAT, test execution, defect tracking, release readiness, and post-go-live follow-up.
- • Investigate application/user issues, document findings, and escalate with sufficient evidence.
- • Maintain SOPs, project documentation, status updates, and training materials.
- • Assist with data validation, basic reporting, and system configuration under guidance.
- • Learn assigned systems and progressively own routine support and smaller projects.
What You’ll Need:
- • Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- • Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- • Organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a changing environment.
- • Strong problem-solving and learning ability.
- • Early-career candidates are welcome; ERP/CRM/enterprise application of exposure through work, internship, or projects is preferred.
- • Experience in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is a plus.
- • For early-career candidates, leadership/coordination experience through student organizations, campus activities, volunteer programs, internships, or project teams is a plus; event planning or team coordination is especially valued.
- • Demonstrated interest in a long-term career in ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, or technology consulting.
- • UAT, requirements gathering, Jira/ticketing, Excel, or basic SQL/API knowledge is a plus.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- • Mandarin Chinese preferred, not required.
The essential functions of this position require frequent walking and sitting, as well as occasional light lifting of up to 20 pounds.
