Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth through strategic digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization. In this role, you would lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, and landing pages, leveraging data and analytics to continuously improve performance and increase conversion rates. Working closely with Sales, this role helps generate high-quality opportunities and contributes directly to building pipeline and expanding both new and existing customer accounts.

This is an onsite role in our Jacksonville office working Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and landing pages
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key funnel metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain compelling content for campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing programs
  • Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaigns that support lead generation and account growth
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and overall pipeline impact
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Support partner and channel marketing initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns and joint promotions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and virtual events to generate leads and drive engagement
  • 3-5  years of experience in growth marketing, sales development, business development, or a related role within B2B technology
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms such as Zoho
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
