- “Invalid Batch Sequence” means the batch number on the terminal is not matching the batch number the processor is expecting.
- You can change the batch number in the settings menu
- Function -> Settings -> Host settings -> Batch number -> Increase by 1 -> confirm
- You may need to repeat this step if the first batch number does not work. You can also contact your processor for the exact batch number.
